Dean met my criteria by a mere 60% and he was my best match. I'm still waiting for a Super Candidate to come flying in at the last second to rescue us.

I'm voting in the primary and I'm not registered to any party. In Wisconsin, our primary is open so you don't have to register with any party.

I took this and my "second" choice (behind "theoretical candidate") was Kucinich. Right after him were Dean and Clark respectively.

I'm sort of wavering between both Dean and Clark right now. I like both of them.

Wow... they can do that in Wisconsin? You are SO lucky. One of my main reasons for switching to "independant", was because in New York, I was a Republican, and Ed Koch (next to La Guardia and Giuliani probably the greatest mayor NYC ever had) was in a dead heat race against another democrat... when I got in the booth, I couldn't vote for him.

He lost. And New York went to hell in a handbasket with David Dinkins, who played tennis while Crown Heights burned.

If the dems are smart (sorry, can't help but let out a giggle here), they'll pair up Dean and Clark on the ticket, instead of letting whoever gets the nomination pick some unknown as a vice-president.

They would make a formidable team.

If they try to pair up Dean and Clark in order to sway the military vote, it may backfire on them. I'm not saying they don't exist, but I've yet to hear of a single person in the military who would vote for Clark. Most of them despise him and have a story like this one to tell.

Misty: Damn, that's a messed up story. I imagine it's a lot like when the boss invites you out to golf with clients. You somehow know you're not playing your best game. :0) The comments are even more interesting as he's depicted as "spiteful and vindictive" (paraphased). Thanks for the eye-opener.

I wasn't really thinking of the military vote, more like the people need a reassurance that we still need a strong military presence (as well as a solid domestic policy). While many question Iraq, I still believe the American public is all for kicking terrorist ass right where they breathe.

Hay-zeus Marimba, J... I just voted for your boss last year, does he have 2 year terms? Well, you know you can count on me to switch to "R" if he needs me in the primaries. He's a good man & we need you guys.

Tuesday works for me, bro. I'll try to be on time for once. :0)
